Facility Engineering

Our new CDFM program has been developed with the input of industry professionals, lodging facility management companies and ownership groups (R.E.I.T.s) to provide a curriculum specifically focusing on ‘lodging’ facilities that are not hotels. The CDFM training program is developed specifically for directors of maintenance for residential-care-facilities and multi-family developments, i.e. assisted-living, senior citizen housing communities and nursing homes.
