Facility Engineering

Our new CDOM program has been developed with the input of industry professionals, lodging facility management companies and ownership groups (R.E.I.T.s) to provide a curriculum specifically focusing on ‘lodging facilities’ that are not hotels. The CDOM training program is developed specifically for directors of maintenance for residential-care-facilities such as assisted-living, senior citizen communities and nursing homes.
