UK-based exhibition company CloserStill Media has renewed its exclusive partnership (running since 2008) with ASP that will see the event website specialist continue to design, build and support websites across the organiser’s extensive event portfolio.
CloserStill runs more than 160 B2B events, publications and brands focused on the Business Technologies, Healthcare and Future Transport and Infrastructure sectors.
ASP has been responsible for designing and managing engaging websites for CloserStill events including the London Vet Show and Tech Show London.
As well as continuing to invest in its platform and service delivery to support CloserStill’s goals, ASP has also implemented significant upgrades across its processes, integrations and security infrastructure.
ASP has also expanded its support team. This has included the addition of dedicated experts, based in the UK, focused on custom site builds and daily support needs, ensuring faster response times and more tailored solutions.
Jon Benjamin, CEO at ASP, commented: “CloserStill continues to set the standard in the events industry and we’re proud to support its digital ambitions. A well-designed site not only drives registrations but also builds excitement and trust. For organisers like CloserStill, ease-of-use, uptime and maintenance must be faultless, ensuring that visitors always have access to the latest information without disruption.
“We are proud of the strategic investments we’ve made, each aimed at elevating the quality, efficiency and reliability of our services.”
Rakim Asher, head of digital & CRM at CloserStill, added: “Working with ASP over the last few years has been an exceptional experience, especially through some significant organisational changes. The team adeptly handled these transitions, ensuring they continued to deliver outstanding service without missing a beat. As we’ve just renewed our partnership with a new three-year deal, I am excited to continue our collaboration with their team.”
