4foreverything and HMY Group reveal Retile Floor

4foreverything, a company specialising in experiential marketing and event production, has launched a new sustainable flooring product called Retile Floor. Developed in partnership with HMY Group, the solution is designed to reduce waste in the events industry by repurposing used trade fair carpets.

The launch was announced in June 2025 and is aimed at event organisers across the UK and internationally who are seeking to reduce the environmental impact of their operations.

Retile Floor is a modular tile system made entirely from recycled carpet, providing an alternative to conventional wooden flooring used at exhibitions and trade shows. The tiles are made of recyclable polypropylene and can be recycled again at the end of their use.

According to 4foreverything, the system results in an 83% reduction in carbon emissions compared to wooden flooring, preventing 16.4 kg of CO₂ emissions per square metre installed.

Each tile measures 50×50 cm and is designed for quick and efficient setup. Features include:

  • Tool-free installation (no adhesives or nails)

  • Integrated cable management

  • Flame-retardant materials

  • Stackable and lightweight for easier transport

  • Customisable finishes for different event designs

The product supports circular economy practices and aligns with global environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

A spokesperson for 4foreverything stated: “Retile Floor is more than just flooring—it’s a statement of sustainability and innovation. We are proud to offer a solution that not only enhances event spaces but also contributes to a greener future.”
