Easyfairs has been recognised by Deloitte as one of Belgium’s Best Managed Companies for the seventh year running. With this recognition, the event organiser and venue operator receives Platinum status – the highest distinction in Deloitte’s programme.
The award recognises Easyfairs’ consistent performance, its leadership of the sector and its commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Easyfairs operates events in 16 countries and has grown rapidly across new sectors and geographies. The group’s strategy blends new event launches, acquisitions and geo-cloning (replicating successful formats in new markets).
2024 year marked a major milestone for the company. New investment from Cobepa and Inflexion, alongside reinvestment from founder Eric Everard, accelerated Easyfairs’ expansion.
AI is a key part of the strategy. The company uses generative AI to boost productivity and support internal decision-making. Its EasyGo digital platform helps exhibitors generate leads year-round.
Talent and sustainability are also priorities. Easyfairs has expanded its leadership training and talent management tools, including a work-life balance app delivered through the Easyfairs Academy.
Its sustainability efforts have earned multiple awards, including the UFI Sustainable Development Award and the Exhibition News ESG Award. Science-based targets are expected to be submitted later this year.
