UFI, the global association of the exhibition industry, has named IMPACT Exhibition Management as the winner of its 2025 HR Award.
The 2025 UFI HR Award topic was ‘Optimising Workload for Sustainable Performance’, with the objective of celebrating initiatives that implement innovative solutions to balance workload, improve resource allocation, and create environments where employees thrive while maintaining high performance.
Thamita Chongswatvorakul, director of corporate HR at IMPACT Exhibition Management, Thailand, said it was “an honour” to receive the award from UFI again. “Winning the UFI HR Award for the second consecutive year is a powerful affirmation of IMPACT’s commitment to people-driven innovation, sustainable performance, and long-term workforce well-being. The jury also acknowledged two other finalists, Informa Markets Asia Ltd. And Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

The 2025 UFI Award winners will be officially celebrated and will present their projects at the 92nd UFI Global Congress, which takes place 19-22 November 2025 in Hong Kong SAR.
