Portland, Maine-based international events and media company Diversified, global B2B events and media company has announced the promotion of Janice Rogers (pictured) to chief people officer. Rogers will report to Ted Wirth, CEO at Diversified, and implement business practices that align with the company’s Cornerstone values.

Rogers started working in HR for Diversified’s US division in 1995. In 2014 she became corporate VP of HR, adding ESG to her title in 2022. In the corporate role, Rogers served every division of Diversified, helping each group align HR, DEI and ESG goals with the overall vision of the company and served as a resource to each division head in dealing with workforce matters. Although headquartered in Portland, Maine, the global company has divisions and offices around the world in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
