EN Launch Club puts spotlight on consumer shows

The latest edition of EN Launch Club took place on 27 June at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, with a focused agenda around launching and growing successful consumer events. Attendees heard from industry experts on key topics including identifying launch opportunities, building effective budgets, mapping critical paths, and finding and retaining audiences.

There was also a strong emphasis on commercial success, with sessions covering sponsorship strategy and audience engagement. Dedicated 1-to-1 meetings gave attendees the chance to connect directly with industry peers and experts to gain advice and build relationships.

A few key takeaways included the importance of market research before launching, building flexible launch models and the need for clear sponsor value from the outset.
