Belfast Whiskey Week, Northern Ireland’s largest whiskey festival, will return from 18–26 July 2025, offering nine days of tastings, tours, live music and cultural experiences across Belfast.
Now in its seventh year, the festival is expected to welcome thousands of whiskey lovers, with more than 100 events and 40 distilleries and brands participating.
The 2025 edition features a packed programme of daytime and evening events, from guided tastings and food pairings to cocktail masterclasses, walking tours, and immersive theatre.
Designed to celebrate Belfast’s 300-year whiskey heritage, the festival brings together established and emerging names from Ireland’s thriving distilling scene.
Distillery Days will spotlight iconic producers including Titanic, McConnell’s, Copeland, Hinch, Echlinville and Shortcross.
Whiskey Expo 2025, taking place on Friday 25 July at St. Comgall’s, offers a one-day showcase of over 40 brands.
Day Passes, available for £100, allow flexible access to up to four curated events daily, with a mix of whiskey tastings, entertainment, and cultural programming.
Beyond the glass, the festival features a diverse schedule of experiences from the theatrical Labyrinth Ball and role-play themed Dungeons & Drams, to storytelling sessions, poker drams, and cocktail takeovers.
Local bars, hotels and cultural venues will come alive with unique programming designed to engage both residents and visitors.
