The UK’s Association of Event Venues (AEV) has announced the theme for its annual conference at Excel London on 14 November 2025 is ‘Accelerate. Shaping the future of venues’.
Rachel Parker, director, AEV, said: “Our annual conference is always a highlight of the year and we are especially looking forward to the dynamic programme we have planned for our attendees.” She said the conference will explore how we can enhance the event experience and drive the industry forward.
The 2025 conference will be the ninth for AEV and will include sessions on diversifying the venue offer, security, AI and technology. The full programme will be revealed in September. The event attracts around 200 senior industry professionals from around the world.
The AEV icebreaker event makes a return this year on the evening preceding the conference.
