Freemans Event Partners and Silverstone sign new multi-year deal

Freemans Event Partners and Silverstone have signed a new multi-year agreement, strengthening their 40-year partnership and ongoing commitment to elevating the fan experience.

Freemans Event Partners delivered a record-breaking Formula 1 British Grand Prix working with Silverstone, where over 500,000 fans were welcomed across the event.

This year the partnership means more than ever before as Freemans gears up to celebrate its 50th anniversary. From a single fish and chips outlet at the legendary circuit in 1975, the company has grown into one of the UK’s leading event partners. Today, it serves over 25m people annually across more than 650 event days.

Under the renewed agreement, Freemans Event Partners will continue as the exclusive public food and beverage provider at Silverstone, serving major annual events such as the Formula 1 British Grand Prix, Tissot British Grand Prix MotoGP, and Silverstone Festival.

Highlights from the British Grand Prix weekend included:

  • 300+ food and drink options across the venue, from branded outlets and bespoke menus in the Landostand to the official launch of CARGO Global Eats, plus dedicated Heinz and Doritos experiences
  • 800 foodservice deliveries made directly to vendors’ outlets, day and night
  • Over 300 seasonal team members deployed daily to serve world-class F&B to fans
  • FEP PAY powered payments, minimising queues and maximising time at the track
