UFI grant winners call on industry professionals to fill five-minute survey

The five UFI Next Generation Leadership Grant winners of 2025 want professionals across the sector to complete a five-minute survey on ‘Redefining the Future of Exhibition Formats’. The responses will shape the winners’ presentation at November’s UFI Global Congress in Hong Kong.

The survey comes from the 2025 UFI Next Generation Leaders programme. The group consists of Taher Hakami, Anida D’Costa, Sarah Jung, Diana Maria Salman Lemoine and Ilaria Basile. The purpose of the survey is to understand how to boost exhibitor ROI and generally improve the event format.

The five winners are Taher Hakami, Anida D’Costa, Sarah Jung, Diana Maria Salman Lemoine and Ilaria Basile. They’re asking professionals in the exhibition world to fill out the survey – whether they’re organisers, venue operators, suppliers or industry partners.

UFI next generation leadership

The 92nd UFI Global Congress will be held on 19-22 November at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. The event will gather hundreds of industry leaders from around the world to network and learn about the exhibition ecosystem.

“UFI’s 100-year legacy is a testament to the resilience and innovation of our industry,” said Chris Skeith OBE, CEO of UFI.
