Visual Hive unveils its AI event engine ‘bee’

Building on its debut at the Event Tech Live Launchpad competition in November 2024, and a subsequent period of invitation-only deployments, Visual Hive has announced the full public launch of its intelligent AI event assistant ‘Erleah’ (meaning ‘bee’ in Basque).

Erleah is built for event organisers, say its creators Visual Hive who claim to have designed it “to directly drive revenue, supercharge engagement, and provide actionable intelligence from existing event data and tools”. The AI engine, they say, has a smart, goal-driven layer that understands event objectives, then actively orchestrates valuable connections, personalised content, and new opportunities for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors, setting a new benchmark for event success.

The idea is that Erleah integrates to understand an event’s unique goals, then works to turn data into tangible results for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors.

“For too long, event tech has promised insights but fallen short on delivering real, measurable impact,” says Bogdan Maran, founder of Visual Hive. “Erleah is different. We don’t just show you what’s happening; we actively guide smarter decisions and create valuable interactions that drive revenue and build lasting engagement.”

Maran adds that Erleah can create truly hyper-personalised journeys, intelligently connecting attendees with the most relevant sessions, exhibitors, and networking opportunities. “Imagine every attendee feeling the event was curated just for them!”

The Visual Hive team says Erleah can uncover new ways to monetise an event. This can be through premium matchmaking visibility for exhibitors, to sponsored content recommendations and intelligent upselling opportunities, notes Maran.

Erleah can also facilitate 365-day engagement through personalised follow-ups, relevant content delivery, and smart notifications for future opportunities, turning attendees into a loyal, year-round community.

“This is a true partnership rooted in achieving your goals,” adds Maran. “We work hand-in-hand with our clients, tailoring Erleah to their unique needs, ensuring every deployment is secure, effective, and transforms event complexity into clear, actionable results.”
