The ninth edition of Viva Technology drew a record 180,000 visitors to the Porte de Versailles in Paris. This year’s edition also saw a sharp rise in artificial intelligence participation, with a 40 percent increase in AI-focused exhibitors compared to 2024.
More than 14,000 start-ups took part, alongside delegations from 171 countries. The four-day event, according to organisers, led to 640,000 business connections.
Artificial intelligence featured prominently across sectors, showcased by dedicated zones such as the AI Avenue, and announcements including the launch of Mistral Compute, a European AI infrastructure by NVIDIA and Mistral AI.
VivaTech 2025 also expanded its global reach, with new country pavilions and a record number of nationalities represented. Organisers confirmed the next edition will take place in Paris from 17 to 20 June 2026, marking the event’s tenth anniversary.
