EXPERIENCEit arrives in Manchester

EXPERIENCEit, the immersive event showcase, is heading to Manchester for the first time, marking a debut of its kind in the city on 22 and 23 July 2025 with day two taking place at Diecast.

Delivered in partnership with Manchester Convention Bureau, part of Marketing Manchester, the event will bring EXPERIENCEit’s transformational format reimagining how events, creatives, and communications professionals connect, collaborate, and innovate.

Traditional event and tradeshow formats will be replaced with experiential displays, interactive live experiences, wellness checks and TED-style talks.

Judith Wilson, events director at EVENTIT, said: “Whether you’re a brand, agency, or venue, EXPERIENCEit Manchester will challenge assumptions, spark creativity and offer tools to design better, more inclusive events.”

The spotlight will be on Gen Z’s approach to events, exploring what draws younger audiences and how Gen Z are bringing their own stamp to the industry.

Trailblazing workshops will be driven by the next-gen voices reimagining the future of events offering valuable takeaways for brands and agencies keen to future-proof their approach to creative marketing and comms.

Victoria Braddock, managing director at Marketing Manchester, said: “This two-day event offers a great opportunity to position Greater Manchester as a leading conference and events destination to a captive audience of buyers and will include sessions from our team to highlight the ease of holding an event in the region, and an opportunity to see some of the fantastic and diverse venues on offer.”
