EN Launch Club is returning to offer event professionals the latest advice, tips and networking opportunities, this time for consumer shows. The programme has now been announced including talks on consumer show format, profitability and sponsors.
The full programme:
11:15-11:45: Who, what, when and where? Understanding the launch opportunity, appetite and best format for your event – Hear from experienced launchers with advice on the indicators and processes you should go through before going ahead with a launch event.
11:45-12:15: Build your launch budget & critical path – Run through the perfect template to create a profitable and well-attended consumer event in it’s first full cycle – A presentation from our expert event organiser to run through an itemised budget and revenue plan for year one of your event to give it the best chance of being profitable from the get go.
12:20-12:50: Following the crowd: How to find your audience and deliver a memorable experience for them – Case studies from our award-winning exhibition marketer panel with some sound advice on the best techniques to bring your audience to your event, and on how to deliver an experience that keeps them coming back.
12:55-13:25: Selling the dream – how to find trusting sponsors for your concept event, and how to keep on board them for next year – Join our panellists as they run through a typical launch event sales process and share their experience in overcoming the various challenges that come with finding, onboarding and rebook sponsors when it comes to launches.
The consumer show launch club will take place on 27 June 2025 with some of the top event professionals expected to attend. The venue will be announced soon but will be Central London based.
