Scotland’s Trade Fair Autumn returns to SEC in September

Scotland’s Trade Fair Autumn is set to return to the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) in Glasgow this September. The event is moving back to its traditional September slot after a temporary shift to August.

The fair will host around 100 exhibitors, including both returning participants and new companies. Almost a third of the exhibitors will be new to the show, introducing their products to the Scottish market for the first time. Notable new names include Harrow & Green, MuseARTa, Christopher Walster, The Modern Crafter, and Curiously Charmed.

The event is a trade-only showcase of Scottish and UK brands offering products across categories such as gifts, textiles, crafts, and homewares. The Launch Gallery will feature younger businesses including All the Colour, Art by Annie, Honey Pot Arts & Crafts, Malmo Home, Owlio UK, and Write Your Story.

The fair will take place over two days, from Sunday 21 to Monday 22 September.

The September timing follows the end of the busy summer tourist season in Scotland, making it a more suitable period for retailers to review and restock. Show director Mark Saunders said: “Scotland’s summer tourist season is a hectic period for many retailers. Once this has eased they are ready to re-stock and re-source. And where better to head than Scotland’s Trade Fair Autumn in September. The relaxed, friendly vibe at the Show offers a good day out for retailers and allows them to hear the stories behind their products, and enjoy a more meaningful buying experience.”

The show will also preview early 2026 collections and include established exhibitors such as Britton Manufacturing, Calzeat of Scotland, Glen Appin of Scotland, Soctopus, and Och Vegan.
